Privacy

This page explains what happens to the information you share on infographics.beamercloud.com. It's run by David Vartanian (Beamer), Warsaw, Poland. Questions or requests: support@beamersoftware.com.

Applications

When you apply for a slot, your name, email, document link, and answers are sent to me by email (through Resend, an email delivery service) so I can reply with a quote. I keep them only as long as I need them to work with you, and I delete them on request. If you accept a quote, payment is handled by Stripe, and I never see your card details.

Your document

To make your page, your document is processed by third-party AI models through OpenRouter, under their data policies. I don't publish your document or your page, and I don't show your page as an example without your permission.

Waitlist

If you join the waitlist, your email (and anything you choose to tell me) is stored by Beamer's waitlist service, hosted on Cloudflare. I use it only to tell you about the self-serve tool. You can ask to be removed at any time.

Analytics

Google Analytics runs only if you accept it in the banner. It tells me how visitors use the page, for example which buttons get clicked. If you decline, nothing is tracked. To change your choice, clear this site's storage in your browser.

Spam protection and feedback

The application form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that you're human. The feedback widget stores only your rating and any comment you write.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete what I hold about you by writing to the address above. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
